    • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the airport. • Our team can assist with travel queries and provide hotel booking details upon confirmation.

  • Early Arrivals:

    • If arriving before August 27th, book additional night accommodations independently. • Present additional night booking details upon arrival to avoid inconvenience. • Our team can assist with booking extra nights if needed.

  • Compliance and Policies:
