Stay duration January 22–24 (2 nights, 3 days) at a premium hotel. Check-in and check-out follow the hotel’s standard policy.

Travel & Policies

Travel arrangements Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the airport. Our team can assist with travel queries and will provide hotel booking details upon confirmation.

Early arrivals If arriving before January 22, please book additional nights independently. Present proof of additional night bookings upon arrival to avoid inconvenience. Our team can assist with booking extra nights if needed.

Compliance Please adhere to all event instructions and package guidelines. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of support and services from the Sustainable Development League.

Exclusions Airfare, extra meals, and non-official transportation are not included in the Direct Entrance package.
