Ticket Reimbursement Policy:

To support your participation in the SDL Youth Assembly 2025, a dedicated travel allowance is provided.

Reimbursement Scope

Eligible Expenses:

• Only the base fare (adjustable portion) of your flight ticket is eligible for reimbursement.
• Costs such as baggage fees, upgrades, insurance, or personal travel-related expenses are not covered.

Reimbursement Process:

• Reimbursement will be processed during the forum or within one month after the event, once all required documents are submitted.

Covered Costs:

• Only flight tickets directly related to attending the forum will be reimbursed.

Procedure for Reimbursement

1. Submit Documentation:
   After booking your flight, submit your flight booking confirmation and ticket receipt through the designated form.
2. Reimbursement Timeline:
   Reimbursement will be processed either during the forum or within one month after the event.
3. Submission Deadline:
   All travel documents must be submitted by 10 July 2025 to ensure timely processing.

Important Notes

• Eligibility: Reimbursement is available only to delegates who confirm participation and complete all required steps.
• Personal Travel Costs: Any expenses unrelated to the forum—such as extended stays or side trips—will not be reimbursed.

Services Excluded from the Fully Funded Category:

• Airport transfers
• Additional meals and transport not related to official forum activities
