1. The application fee is required and non-refundable under any circumstances, applicable to all categories. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation or selection.
2. Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the forfeiture of the scholarship.
3. By submitting this application, participants grant the organizers of the World Economic and Leadership Forum 2025 the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
4. Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application and organizing the World Economic and Leadership Forum 2025. The organizers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
5. The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges, including high-profile board members and direct involvement by the United Nations Switzerland. The decisions of the panel are final and non-negotiable.
6. Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee if they are not selected for scholarship categories. The organization reserves the right to counter any disputes, and applicants will be responsible for any resulting losses.
7. There are designated seats available for fully-funded, partially-funded, and self-funded scholarships. The Sustainable Development League is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations and instructions, and ensure their own safety and the safety of others. Our organizing team will be available to provide assistance as needed.
8. By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organization for the denial of application fee refunds and commit to refraining from any form of defamation against the organization. Participants understand that any violation of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
